You can initiate returns directly in your customer account. Under &#039;Right of return&#039; you will find all the necessary information. We have listed the requirements for you below. You can return products purchased from Swisscover.ch by post<\/p>\n<h4><strong>1.\u00a0<\/strong><strong>return period<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>You can see whether and for how long you can return a product on the respective product page under &quot;Right of return&quot;. For products that have already been ordered, you can find all the information on our homepage.<\/p>\n<p>The return period is <strong>14 days.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The return periods apply from dispatch.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>2.\u00a0<\/strong><strong>No<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>refund policy<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns in the following cases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>For damaged items<\/li>\n<li>If the original packaging is not available<\/li>\n<li>If accessories are missing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>3.\u00a0<\/strong><strong>refund value<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>If the product can be returned, the following refund rules apply:<\/p>\n<p>Full refund at purchase price:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The item is in the original, unopened, undamaged packaging<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ed1c24;\">Deduction depending on the condition of the goods (at least 30% or minimum deduction CHF 3.\u2013)<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The item has been opened or used<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Individual exam<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Item with damaged packaging<\/li>\n<li>If we accept the return of goods due to an incorrect order in individual cases, we charge a return fee of 30% of the net sales price, at least CHF 3.-<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>4.\u00a0<\/strong><strong>return costs<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ed1c24;\">Postage costs for returning items are generally the responsibility of the sender.<\/span> In the following cases, the return costs are covered by SwissCover.ch: \u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If you receive a different item than ordered<\/li>\n<li>Incorrect information in the online shop<\/li>\n<li>Upon receipt of an item not ordered<\/li>\n<li>Upon receipt of an incomplete product<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>5. Return shipping costs in the event of non-warranty<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the event of a return due to a defect or faultiness of the product claimed by the customer but not confirmed after our inspection, the customer will bear the costs of the return. This regulation applies to returns where the product is found to be flawless and functional after a thorough inspection by Swisscover (Renggli Ventures GmbH). The costs for such returns amount to a flat rate of CHF 3.90 and are borne by the customer.
