Scope<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders in the online shop www.swisscover.ch<\/div>\n<div>, operated by Renggli Ventures GmbH.<\/div>\n<div>The offer is aimed exclusively at customers residing or having their registered office in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein.<\/div>\n<div>By placing an order, the customer accepts these General Terms and Conditions in their currently valid version.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><strong>2. Offer and conclusion of contract<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>All information in the online shop (products, prices, availability) is non-binding and does not constitute a legally binding offer.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>A binding purchase contract is only concluded upon confirmation of shipment by Swisscover.ch.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Changes to product range, prices and conditions remain reserved at any time.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><strong>3. Prices<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF).<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Pricing and printing errors excepted.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Price changes after an order has been completed are excluded.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><strong>4. Delivery<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Delivery exclusively to addresses in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Shipping is usually done via Swiss Post (economy shipping CHF 2.80).<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Delivery time is usually 1-3 working days.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>The risk for shipping passes to the customer upon handover to the carrier.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><strong>6. Bewertungen, falsche Tatsachenbehauptungen und Rechtsverfolgung<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"673\" data-end=\"884\">Renggli Ventures GmbH (Webshop: SwissCover.ch) ist bestrebt, Beanstandungen und Reklamationen kundenfreundlich und unkompliziert zu l\u00f6sen, beispielsweise durch Ersatzlieferung, Nachbesserung oder R\u00fcckerstattung.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"886\" data-end=\"1169\">Kundinnen und Kunden steht es selbstverst\u00e4ndlich frei, ihre pers\u00f6nliche Meinung und ihre tats\u00e4chlichen Erfahrungen mit SwissCover \u00f6ffentlich zu \u00e4ussern. <strong data-start=\"1039\" data-end=\"1169\">Berechtigte Kritik sowie wahrheitsgem\u00e4sse negative Bewertungen werden durch diese Bestimmung ausdr\u00fccklich nicht eingeschr\u00e4nkt.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"1171\" data-end=\"1465\">Nicht zul\u00e4ssig sind hingegen insbesondere <strong data-start=\"1213\" data-end=\"1314\">wissentlich falsche, nachweislich unwahre, irref\u00fchrende oder rufsch\u00e4digende Tatsachenbehauptungen<\/strong>, welche geeignet sind, Renggli Ventures GmbH, SwissCover.ch oder deren Produkte und Dienstleistungen gesch\u00e4ftlich oder reputationsm\u00e4ssig zu sch\u00e4digen.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"1467\" data-end=\"1737\">Wird Renggli Ventures GmbH auf eine m\u00f6glicherweise falsche Tatsachenbehauptung aufmerksam, kann die betroffene Person aufgefordert werden, den Sachverhalt innerhalb einer angemessenen Frist zu \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen, richtigzustellen oder nachweislich falsche Aussagen zu entfernen.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"1739\" data-end=\"2112\">Werden nachweislich falsche oder rufsch\u00e4digende Tatsachenbehauptungen <strong data-start=\"1809\" data-end=\"1904\">schuldhaft und trotz entsprechender Aufforderung weiterhin verbreitet oder nicht korrigiert<\/strong>, beh\u00e4lt sich Renggli Ventures GmbH ausdr\u00fccklich vor, rechtliche Schritte einzuleiten, insbesondere die Beseitigung oder Berichtigung der betreffenden Aussagen sowie gegebenenfalls Schadenersatz zu verlangen.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"2114\" data-end=\"2333\">Bei einer schuldhaften Verletzung dieser Bestimmung kann, <strong data-start=\"2172\" data-end=\"2202\">soweit gesetzlich zul\u00e4ssig<\/strong>, eine Konventionalstrafe von <strong data-start=\"2232\" data-end=\"2252\">bis zu CHF 500.\u2013<\/strong> geltend gemacht werden. Weitergehende gesetzliche Anspr\u00fcche bleiben vorbehalten.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"2335\" data-end=\"2820\"><strong data-start=\"2335\" data-end=\"2820\">S\u00e4mtliche durch eine schuldhafte Rechtsverletzung verursachten und rechtlich ersatzf\u00e4higen Kosten k\u00f6nnen gegen\u00fcber der verantwortlichen Person geltend gemacht werden. Dazu k\u00f6nnen insbesondere angemessene vorprozessuale Rechtsverfolgungskosten, Anwaltskosten, Gerichts- und Verfahrenskosten sowie zugesprochene Parteientsch\u00e4digungen geh\u00f6ren. Die endg\u00fcltige Kostentragung richtet sich nach den anwendbaren gesetzlichen Bestimmungen beziehungsweise nach einem gerichtlichen Entscheid.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><strong>7. Warranty and guarantee<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\n<p data-start=\"261\" data-end=\"486\"><strong data-start=\"261\" data-end=\"283\">7.1 Scope of warranty<\/strong><br data-start=\"283\" data-end=\"286\" \/>Swisscover.ch grants a warranty period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery on all products purchased in the online shop. This warranty covers only material and manufacturing defects.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"488\" data-end=\"662\"><strong data-start=\"488\" data-end=\"531\">7.2 Type and scope of the guarantee<\/strong><br data-start=\"531\" data-end=\"534\" \/>In the event of a warranty claim, Swisscover.ch will only replace the product with an identical or equivalent product.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"663\" data-end=\"885\">\n<li data-start=\"663\" data-end=\"773\">\n<p data-start=\"665\" data-end=\"773\">A refund of the purchase price as well as a reduction of the purchase price are expressly excluded.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"774\" data-end=\"885\">\n<p data-start=\"776\" data-end=\"885\">For each purchased item, a maximum of <strong data-start=\"842\" data-end=\"867\">one (1) replacement product<\/strong> can be obtained.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"887\" data-end=\"1195\"><strong data-start=\"887\" data-end=\"919\">7.3 Procedure in the event of a warranty claim<\/strong><br data-start=\"919\" data-end=\"922\" \/>The customer is obligated to report the warranty claim immediately in writing and to submit a detailed description of the defect and, where possible, photographic evidence. Swisscover.ch reserves the right to request the return of the defective product for inspection.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1197\" data-end=\"1320\"><strong data-start=\"1197\" data-end=\"1228\">7.4 Exclusion of warranty<\/strong><br data-start=\"1228\" data-end=\"1231\" \/>In particular, damage caused by:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1321\" data-end=\"1500\">\n<li data-start=\"1321\" data-end=\"1367\">\n<p data-start=\"1323\" data-end=\"1367\">improper use or manipulation,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1368\" data-end=\"1404\">\n<p data-start=\"1370\" data-end=\"1404\">normal wear and tear,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1405\" data-end=\"1467\">\n<p data-start=\"1407\" data-end=\"1467\">unauthorized modifications or repairs by third parties,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1468\" data-end=\"1500\">\n<p data-start=\"1470\" data-end=\"1500\">Effects of force majeure.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1502\" data-end=\"1668\"><strong data-start=\"1502\" data-end=\"1536\">7.5 Legal warranty<\/strong><br data-start=\"1536\" data-end=\"1539\" \/>To the extent permitted by law, the statutory warranty is excluded and replaced by the above guarantee.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><strong>8. Product representations<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Illustrations, descriptions and technical information in the shop are non-binding and may differ from the delivered product.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Manufacturers reserve the right to make changes at any time.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 100%;\">9. Disclaimer<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"323\" data-end=\"373\">A disclaimer of liability applies in particular in the following cases:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"374\" data-end=\"592\">\n<li data-start=\"374\" data-end=\"434\">\n<p data-start=\"376\" data-end=\"434\">improper or incorrect handling of the items,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"435\" data-end=\"461\">\n<p data-start=\"437\" data-end=\"461\">natural wear and tear,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"462\" data-end=\"525\">\n<p data-start=\"464\" data-end=\"525\">External influences (e.g. falls, impacts or water damage),<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"526\" data-end=\"592\">\n<p data-start=\"528\" data-end=\"592\">improper self-installation of replacement and repair items.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"594\" data-end=\"680\">Further claims by the customer \u2013 regardless of the legal basis \u2013 are excluded.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"682\" data-end=\"944\">Swisscover.ch is not liable for damage not caused to the delivered product itself. The installation and use of spare parts or accessories from the Swisscover.ch range are expressly at the customer&#039;s own risk and responsibility.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"946\" data-end=\"1185\">Should the installation or use of spare parts and accessories result in damage or destruction to the associated device or product, or should an existing warranty become void as a result, Swisscover.ch assumes no liability whatsoever.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1187\" data-end=\"1428\">This also applies to <strong data-start=\"1208\" data-end=\"1287\">Consequential damages, indirect damages, lost profits or financial losses<\/strong>The same applies to injuries sustained by the customer during installation or use of spare parts or accessories supplied by Swisscover.ch.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><strong>10. Retention of title<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>The goods remain the property of the <strong>Renggli Ventures GmbH.<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><strong>11. Changes to the Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Swisscover.ch reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
