The offer of www.lynex.ch is limited to the geographical area of Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. 1 Scope 

The following terms and conditions apply to all sales, deliveries and services from lynex.ch. By executing an order from our range, these are considered accepted. The buyer's general terms and conditions of purchase are hereby contradicted. If for any reason one point of the general terms and conditions should be invalid, the validity of the remaining points remains unaffected. Changes and additions to these terms and conditions must be in writing and are only effective if lynex.ch agrees to them in writing with the customer.

2. Offers and Prices 

All offers in the online shop represent a non-binding offer to the customer. By executing an order, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. This only comes about through the delivery of the ordered goods. The listed prices apply as accepted prices when placing the order. Subsequent price changes and deviations during the execution of the order, which occur after the order has been completed, cannot be taken into account. The information on the offers such as size, dimensions and weights are only intended as guidelines and are therefore not guarantees of properties. Swisscover.ch reserves the right to cancel orders that have already been placed at any time and to immediately refund the customer for the advance payments already made. There is therefore no obligation to deliver the goods at any time. All sales to end customers are not permitted for commercial resale and are therefore prohibited. This also applies to vouchers.

3. Payment, Delivery and Shipping 
Prices

The product prices stated on www.lynex.ch at the time of the customer's order are binding. If there was an error in the price, Edelmann Group GmbH reserves the right to make price adjustments afterwards. In this case, the customer will be informed of this fact and can withdraw from the purchase within the period set by Edelmann Group GmbH (14 days). All prices are in Swiss francs, excluding VAT and shipping costs, unless otherwise noted. The products are usually sent by Post Economy for CHF 2.80. The shipping costs are only free for the customer,

Payment method purchase on account

The invoice is payable within 14 days. EDELMANN GROUP GmbH reserves the right to obtain credit checks on the customer and can forward customer data to third parties for this purpose. The goods remain our property until final payment. In the event of default of payment, the reimbursement of all reminder and collection costs, as well as interest of 10% (360 days) per year, shall be deemed agreed. This also applies to operation by third parties.If you do not meet your payment obligation, you will be in arrears after the set payment period has expired, at an annual interest rate of 10% pa. EDELMANN GROUP GmbH is also entitled to charge reminder fees for each payment reminder. These are as follows:

  1. Fee for the first warning/payment reminder by email = 5 CHF
  2. Fee for second reminder by post = 20 CHF
  3. Fee for third reminder by post = 25 CHF
  4. Dossier assignment fee upon transfer to collection = 75 CHF

Costs in the event of late payment: handling fee (at the earliest from day 70 after the invoice date, when handing over to the debt collection service provider) depending on the amount of the claim, maximum amount in CHF: 50 (until 20); 70 (until 50); 100 (until 100); 120 (up to 150); 149 (up to 250); 195 (up to 500); 308 (up to 1'500); 448 (up to 3'000); 1'100 (up to 10'000); 1'510 (up to 20,000); 2'658 (up to 50,000); 6% of the claim (from 50,000).EDELMANN GROUP Gmbh can cancel an order or only send against prepayment if the customer is not creditworthy or has one or more outstanding invoices.Purchase on account can only be made for orders up to an invoice amount of 120 CHF are offered.Danger! Billing address must match the delivery address!

4. Returns and Exchanges 

You can return any item you have purchased from us within 14 days due to defects and/or a delivery delay of at least 14 days without prior notice from us. If the goods are complete, undamaged and in the original packaging. Dirty, used or damaged goods will not be taken back. The return costs are to be borne by the buyer in any case. Returns without prior agreement for exchange or creditcannot be accepted.For an exchange, the customer must return the item(s), request a refund and then place a new order. 4a. Return shipping costs in case of non-warranty

In the event of a return due to defectiveness or defectiveness of the product claimed by the customer but not confirmed after our inspection, the customer will bear the costs of the return. This regulation applies to returns where the product is found to be flawless and functional after a thorough inspection by Swisscover (EDELMANN GROUP GmbH). The costs for such returns amount to a flat rate of CHF 3.90 and are borne by the customer. We ask our customers to carefully check the functionality and condition of their products before returning them to avoid unnecessary costs and inconvenience.

5. Warranty rights

Our warranty is 2 months for dealers and traders and 2 years for end customers. The warranty period begins when the goods are shipped to the customer. The customer is obliged to report defects immediately and to comply with the instructions and procedures for an exchange. No liability is accepted in the event of loss or theft of the shipment during transport or if it is stolen from the letter box compartment. Claims for cancellation of the contract or reduction of the purchase price are excluded if a replacement delivery is possible. The defective goods must be returned by the buyer to our returns department, regardless of size and weight. The costs and shipping risk for the return are to be borne by the buyer. A replacement delivery or exchange under warranty does not generate new warranty periods. The warranty does not cover: blows, bumps, falls, collision, pressure, heat and sunlight, cold, liquids, dirt, dust, dirt, mud and damage caused by the customer attempting to repair himself .Warranty claims against lynex.ch are only available to the direct buyer and are therefore not assignable.We attach great importance to customer satisfaction. 6. Limitation of Liability 

There is an exclusion of liability for incorrect handling of the items, natural wear and tear or external influences. Further claims by the customer, for whatever legal reason, are excluded. lynex.ch is not liable for damage that has not occurred to the delivery item itself. The installation and use of accessories from the lynex.ch range is expressly at the customer's own risk and responsibility. If the customer's product is damaged or destroyed as a result of the installation of spare parts and accessories and the customer's guarantee expires, liability for such damage is excluded. This also applies to their direct or indirect consequences. In particular, lynex.ch is not liable for lost profits or financial losses of the customer. This also affects the customer's injuries when installing the spare parts or accessories supplied by lynex.ch. As a case of force majeure we consider: strikes, lockouts, actions by the authorities, lack of raw materials or energy, transport difficulties for which we are not responsible and commercial activity interruptions for which we are not responsible, caused for example by fire, water, or damage to machines, as well as all other obstacles that are objectively not subject to our liability or are caused by our fault.

7. Note on our articles and our product descriptions 

We try to present photos, texts and product descriptions for our items as precisely as possible. A right of return for the reasons mentioned is therefore excluded. We assume no responsibility for any changes that our manufacturers make to our goods, as these can be changed at short notice by our suppliers without notice. This applies in particular to colors and the nature of the items. Therefore, all information such as product descriptions, colors and photos on our website are non-binding and an exchange is excluded for these reasons.

8. Retention of Title 

The goods remain the property of Edelman Group GmbH until all claims have been paid in full. The corresponding security rights can also be transferred to third parties.

9. Changes to these Terms and Conditions

These GTC can be changed by lynex.ch at any time. The version valid at the time the contract was concluded applies.

10. Jurisdiction

All legal relationships are subject to Swiss law.
