Do you want to return a product? You can initiate returns directly in your customer account. Under 'Right of return' you will find all the necessary information. We have listed the requirements for you below. You can return products purchased from Swisscover.ch by post

1. return period

You can see whether and for how long you can return a product on the respective product page under "Right of return". For products that have already been ordered, you can find all the information on our homepage.

The return period is 14 days.

The return periods apply from dispatch.

2. No refund policy

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns in the following cases:

• For damaged items
• If the original packaging is not available
• If accessories are missing

3. refund value

If the product can be returned, the following refund rules apply:

Full refund at purchase price:

• The item is in the original, unopened, undamaged packaging

Deduction depending on the condition of the goods (at least 30% or minimum deduction CHF 3.–)

• The item has been opened or used

Individual exam

• Item with damaged packaging
• If we accept the return of goods due to an incorrect order in individual cases, we charge a return fee of 30% of the net sales price, at least CHF 3.-

4. return costs

Postage costs for returning items are generally the responsibility of the sender. In the following cases, the return costs are covered by SwissCover.ch:  

• If you receive a different item than ordered
• Incorrect information in the online shop
• Upon receipt of an item not ordered
• Upon receipt of an incomplete product

5. Return shipping costs in the event of non-warranty

In the event of a return due to a defective or defective product claimed by the customer but not confirmed by us after our inspection, the customer will bear the costs of the return. This regulation applies to returns where the product is found to be flawless and functional after a thorough inspection by Swisscover (EDELMANN GROUP GmbH). The costs for such returns amount to a flat rate of CHF 3.90 and are borne by the customer. We ask our customers to carefully check the functionality and condition of their products before returning them to avoid unnecessary costs and inconvenience.
