Important NOTE:

Every customer has the right to return the goods received within 14 days of receipt of the goods if they do not like them or have ordered the wrong goods. To do this, the customer must use the return slip to be downloaded below.The prerequisite for this right of return is that the goods are complete, unused and undamaged is.

    Transport damage & transport guarantee

    If you received goods that were damaged in transit, please follow the steps below:

    1. Take photos of the damaged area and the damaged packaging and accompany these photos [email protected] continue.
    2. Be sure to keep all parts of the original packaging.
    3. Check the delivery documents to see which transport company made the delivery. Have the delivery note/guarantee receipt that is enclosed with the delivery ready.
    4. Contact the relevant transport company that made the delivery directly:

    If you have taken out a transport guarantee and damage occurred during transport, we will take care of the necessary clarifications for you. Please follow the steps below:

    1. Take photos of the damaged area and the damaged packaging and accompany these photos [email protected] continue.
    2. Be sure to keep all parts of the original packaging.
    3. Tell us the order number.
    4. If the transport was carried out by the post office, you must report the damage to the post office no later than 5 calendar days after delivery of the goods.

    We process our returns as quickly as possible. We will inspect the returned goods and then initiate a refund of the purchase price. Please allow about 7-14 business days here.

    After checking your returns, we will transfer the refund amount back to you using the same payment method that you used for your purchase. Alternatively, we can also issue you a voucher for our shop for the refund amount. If you are 10 days after you have returned your package and still have not received a refund, please feel free to inquire with us at [email protected]
